I would have thought we had reached a saturation point with Hamilton, but it’s impossible. Fresh off the show’s 16 Tony nominations this past week, the show gleefully celebrated Star Wars Day today with a little #Ham4Ham performance of the Cantina song, which Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote for J.J. AbramsThe Force Awakens.

Miranda and Abrams performed the tune today for people outside the Richard Rodgers theater, which is where Hamilton performs and makes people the world over jealous that they can’t get in because tickets are rarer than the most precious of metals. Still, these little performances are a nice treat, and Manuel explained the origins of the Cantina song and that "It's literally a shaggy intergalactic remix,” when translated from Huttese.

Watch Manuel and Abrams perform the song below. Miranda is keeping in the Disney fold by writing songs for their upcoming animated film Moana as well as co-starring in their planned Mary Poppins sequel with Emily Blunt.
