20th Century Fox has released the first The Longest Ride trailer and poster.  Based on the Nicholas Sparks book, The Longest Ride centers on the love affair between a bull rider (Scott Eastwood) and a college student (Britt Robertson): "As conflicting paths and ideals test their relationship, Sophia and Luke make an unexpected and fateful connection with Ira (Alan Alda), whose memories of his own decades-long romance with his beloved wife deeply inspire the young couple."  This is the tenth movie based on a Sparks book.  The trailer does not break the mold, and by now you should know whether the mold is for you.
