Today, we're happy to debut an exclusive clip from Marrowbone, the haunting new horror movie from Sergio G. Sánchez, screenwriter of The Orphanage and The Impossible. Sánchez makes his directorial debut on the project, which stars

George MacKay (Captain Fantastic), Anya Taylor-Joy (Split), Charlie Heaton (Stranger Things), Mia Goth (A Cure for Wellness) and Matthew Stagg in the tale of four siblings who keep the death of their mother secret in order to stay together, seeking refuge in an old home where they're plagued by another sinister presence that calls the house home.

Collider got a chance to check out Marrowbone during the Toronto International Film Festival last fall where Steve Weintraub sat down with director Sanchez and star MacKay to talk about the picture. During the interview, the duo talk about the story they describe as a “dark fairytale”, the timeless nature of the movie, and watching the on-screen family bond during the production. They also talked about deleted scenes and an alternate ending, so be sure to check it out once you've seen the film.

Written and directed by Sánchez , Marrowbone is available in theaters, On Demand, on Amazon Video and iTunes starting today. Geet a peek at the creepiness in our clip below.
