The Blu-ray for the first Maze Runner movie came with one heck of a bonus feature menu so I'm eager to see what Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials has to offer when it arrives on DVD and Blu-ray in a couple of weeks.

The sequel picks up right where the first film left off. Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) and the remaining Gladers are out of The Maze, but are they safe? Their saviors claim that they are, but Thomas knows he can't sleep easy until he finds out more about WCKD. With Newt (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), Minho (Ki Hong Lee) and Teresa (Kaya Scodelario) in tow, he heads out into The Scorch looking for answers and that's where he runs into Rosa Salazar's character, Brenda.

With the DVD and Blu-ray release right around the corner, we get to share an exclusive deleted scene from the film - an extended version of the moment during which Brenda leads Thomas and the gang to the man in charge, Jorge (Giancarlo Esposito). Check out what she tells them about "Crank Land" and get a more detailed look at their hideout in the video below.

You can own Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials when it arrives on DVD and Blu-ray on December 15th. There's also the option to get the Ultimate Fan Edition on Blu-ray, which comes with two hours of extras and a prequel comic book. If you'd rather not wait for those, the movie is also being release on digital HD today.
