After a panty-raiding poster hit the Internet, the first Neighbors 2 trailer is dropping soon, and Universal released the first footage of the sneak peek. The war-weary Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne return after battling Zac Efron’s band of boozy, feral frat guys, only this time around they’ll need their former enemy when a group of sorority girls move in next door.

Kanye West’s “Black Skinhead,” a song that was featured heavily in the trailers for The Wolf of Wall Street, plays as these party girls led by Chloe Grace Moretz and Selena Gomez cause continuous chaos in the streets. We all know the weak spot Efron’s Teddy has for the opposite sex, and hopefully he won’t fall for their charms as the war wages. Though, even Byrne’s Kelly is no match for these ladies when they transform her water hose defenses into a sexy car wash.

Nicholas Stoller returns to direct the sequel, subtitled Sorority Rising, after his work on the first, and he re-teamed with writers Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. Dave Franco, Ike Barinholtz, and Lisa Kudrow also return for the latest round of shenanigans, and they’re joined by comedian Billy Eichner. Along with the release of the film’s first image, Byrne told EW that the family’s new opponents offer “a glimpse into their daughter’s future, and it terrifies them.”

While it’s still difficult to judge the quality of the sequel, the first Neighbors proved to be one of, if not the funniest movie of 2014. My fear for Sorority Uprising centers around this now female-focused revisitation. The raunchy, dick-joked-infused, ball-busting brand of humor worked so well for the first film, and Byrne emerged as a highlight. Repeating the guy-style humor with a gender-swapped cast seems like a mistake, but, in remaining optimistic, there’s little evidence to suggest a sequel couldn’t perform as well as the first.

Neighbors 2: Sorority Uprising will hit theaters on May 20th.
