HBO has revealed what will be new to the pay cable channel and streamer in April 2020, and what will be expiring next month. In terms of new release premieres, the hit comedy Good Boys arrives on April 4th, the Kumail Nanjiani/Dave Bautista two-hander Stuber hits on April 18th, and the horror sequel It: Chapter 2 premieres on April 11th. There’s also the HBO original film debut of the Hugh Jackman dark comedy Bad Education on April 25th—I caught that one at TIFF and can attest it’s well worth watching.
In terms of library titles, the first three Die Hard movies, The Nice Guys, and Team America: World Police are notable additions, while TV-wise April brings the premieres of the new series Run, We’re Here, and I Know This Much Is True as well as returning series Insecure.
