This weekend, I will be attending the New York Comic-Con for the first time.  I'm not exactly sure what to expect in terms of the convention's vibe, but there's definitely some interesting stuff on deck including a first look at the remakes of Carrie and Evil Dead plus new footage from other horror flicks Silent Hill: Revelation 3D, The Bay, and The Conjuring as well as a panel for the supernatural love story, Beautiful Creatures.  There will also be panels for geek-favorite TV series The Walking Dead and Robot Chicken.  I'll be reporting from these panels and more, so be sure to stay tuned to Collider this weekend.  Steve will also be at NYCC doing 1-on-1 interviews.

Hit the jump for a line-up of panels I'll be attending at NYCC.  The 2012 New York Comic-Con runs from October 11 – 14th at the Javits Center.  Click here to visit the official website and check out the schedule.

[Note: All of these panels will be in the IGN Theater unless otherwise noted; also, there are panels on Thursday, but my flight doesn't get in until Thursday evening, so I won't be attending NYCC until Friday]
