Two months remain until the return of Starz's Outlander, a period of time now known as "Droughtlander." I usually hate it when networks try to create a viral hashtag for themselves, but the fact that they made Tobias Menzies say it out loud and included the subtitle, "cheeky, because it's raining," I will forgive all.

In the look ahead production clip below, there are few tantalizing tidbits about what might be in store for the second part of Season One. Though I wasn't completely sold on the show when I first reviewed it here, the rest of the first season turned out to be an exceptional delight. If you haven't caught up with those episodes yet, I highly recommend it. It's a show that addresses war and history and politics and, y'know, has some really steamy sex, as well as gorgeous costuming and production settings.

Per the video, things are getting more complicated in the second half of the season, as Caitriona Balfe explains; Jamie and Claire are now facing issues related to them being together, not just getting together (read: gettin' it on). Also, Sam Heughan makes an interesting comment regarding, "the relationship between Jamie and Black Jack (Tobias Menzies) [which] is really strong. Ultimately there's some kind of strange, twisted respect."

Executive Producer Ronald D. Moore also says that there will be more politics, and that the split between the brothers MacKenzie is going to escalate. Plus, Claire and the fiery Gellis (Lotte Verbeek) will also get more time together.

It's also interesting what the featurette doesn't show, which is, specifically, the 1940s timeline. Reportedly, there will be scenes from that time period (where poor Frank is left wallowing in sadness and confusion) that will be new even for book readers. Bring it!

The second half of the first season of Outlander returns to Starz Saturday, April 4th and 9 p.m. ET.
