With the summer movie season officially behind us, we're inching ever-closer to the release of Lucasfilm's first standalone Star Wars film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Gareth Edwards' prequel film follows the band of rebels, led by Felicity Jones' Jyn Erso, responsible for stealing the blueprints that helped Luke, Leia and Co. bring down the Death Star, and the official Star Wars twitter account has debuted two new international posters that show off the rag-tag group of unlikely heroes in action.
In addition toJyn, the team is made up of Diego Luna‘s Captain Cassian Andor, Alan Tudyk's droid K-2SO, Riz Ahmed as the Rebel pilot Bodhi Rook, Donnie Yen as the blind spiritual warrior Chirrut Imwe, Jiang Wen as his best friend Baze Malbus, all of whom are geared up for action in the new poster.
Rogue One also stars Ben Mendelsohn, Mads Mikkelsen and Forrest Whitaker, and arrives in theaters December 16th. Check out the new posters below.
