With the arrival of the first Star Wars anthology film later this year, we’re already seeing a major difference between marketing for The Force Awakens and Rogue One: Lucasfilm is not as shy about previewing the latter, and that seems to be a condition of the subject matter. As Rogue One takes place before Episode IV, revealing story points isn’t exactly spoiling anything. With each new week or so comes a new look or piece of intel on the film, and the latest hails from Empire. (The magazine, not the Imperial forces.)

As part of the Rogue One-pegged issue, the publication released a new image of Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), Captain Cassian Andor (Diego Luna), and their trusty droid (because everyone needs one of those) K-2SO (Alan Tudyk through performance capture). The trio are seen on Jedha, revealed earlier to be a holy site for Jedi and those who follow the ways of the Force.

Directed by Gareth Edwards, Rogue One sees the Rebels enlist Jyn to steal the plans for the Empire’s new weapon of mass destruction that turns out to be the Death Star. While there are plenty of mysteries to be unraveled, we know why she and her troupe head for Jedha. As Edwards previously explained, they need to recruit someone residing on the desert moon to their cause. That could be Saw Gerrera (Forest Whitaker) or Chirrut Imwe (Donnie Yen), both of whom we saw on Jedha in the trailers — or, perhaps, it’s someone else entirely.

For those interested, Lucasfilm revealed even more information on the new location.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story also features Ben Mendelsohn, Mads Mikkelsen, Jiang Wen, Riz Ahmed, and the return of James Earl Jones as Darth Vader. The film will hit theaters on December 16.
