Rosario Dawson has now joined the cast of Tony Scott's latest film, "Unstoppable". She will now be starring alongside Denzel Washington and Chris Pine. To find out more about this film which is amazingly inspired by a true story hit the jump.

As you might recall a couple of months ago Washington backed out of "Unstoppable" to only rejoin the project two weeks later. He will be playing a veteran engineer who jumps into a locomotive with a young conductor (Chris Pine) to stop an unmanned runaway train loaded with toxic cargo. The film is loosely inspired by true invents and I find that to be kind of incredible.

Who Rosario Dawson will be playing is still not known. I  just hope that she lands a role which can showcase her talents.. I would hate to see her land another disposable role in a big film like in last year's "Eagle Eye".  Ms. Dawson also recently finished Chris Columbus' "Percy Jackson" and is currently shooting "Zookeeper" opposite Kevin James.

"Unstoppable" does not have a release date yet but is set for a fall start. [Variety]
