The first trailer (and real first look) at Angelina Jolie's upcoming spy thriller, "Salt" just landed online and the only problem I have with this trailer is that all the dialogue is Russian which probably has something to do with it being a Russian trailer for an American movie.  But even if you don't understand that crazy-commie talk, it's very clear that "Salt" is Jason Bourne in a dress...a very sexy dress worn by a highly attractive woman.  While all spy movies now walk in the shadow of Jason Bourne, I never mind watching Jolie tear it up and do so without having to curve bullets.

Hit the jump to watch the Russian trailer as well as a synopsis written in good ol' American English.  Hopefully the American version will arrive soon.  We can let them beat us in the trailer race.  "Salt" is slated to hit theaters on July 23, 2010.

Evelyn Salt (Angelina Jolie) is a CIA officer who swore an oath to duty, honor, and country. When she is accused by a defector of being a Russian sleeper spy, Salt goes on the run to clear her name and ultimately prove she is a patriot. Using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative, she must elude capture and protect her husband or the world's most powerful forces will erase any trace of her existence.
