Fans of Rooster Teeth's RWBY have reason to celebrate this week as Volume 5 of the hit anime series arrives Tuesday, June 5th on Blu-ray and all manner of home-video platforms. (A Special Edition Blu-ray+DVD Combo Pack featuring a 32-page RWBY Official Manga Anthology Sampler exclusive to FYE.) It's our pleasure to give you an advance look at that Blu-ray release's bonus features in an exclusive clip!

Gray G. Haddock, Head of Animation at Rooster Teeth, said of the Blu-ray release, "We love how passionate the fans of RWBY are. Volume 5 received such a great reaction and we’re really looking forward to be able to provide these episodes along with a behind-the-scenes look at the series through the bonus features." And it's that behind-the-scenes look that we're sharing with you today! This clip revisits the history of RWBY over the last five years and includes commentary from Haddock, Kerry Shawcross and Miles Luna, along with archival footage of the late Monty Oum, without whom RWBY as we know it wouldn't have existed. As you might expect, things get emotional.
