Now that we're on the seventh film in the Saw franchise, you know whether this particular brand of torture-centric horror is for you.  If it is, then you've got a trailer for Saw 3D coming your way straight from Comic-Con.  Tobin Bell and Cary Elwes will reprise their roles in the sequel when it hits theaters on October 29, 2010.  Check out the teaser after the jump.

Update: At the time of this posting, Saw 3D was set for release on October 22nd.  Perhaps to avoid competing against Paranormal Activity 2, Lionsgate has pushed the release back one week closer to Halloween on October 29th. [via Box Office Mojo]

Here's the official synopsis:

The SAW series continues with this seventh entry, spearheaded by returning SAW VI director Kevin Greutert. Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton also are back to pen the script, which details the exploits of serial killer Jigsaw's surviving victims, who seek counseling from a self-help mentor (Sean Patrick Flanery) whose past as a previous victim figures directly into each one's fate. Cary Elwes returns to the franchise for the first time since his character survived Jigsaw's first cinematic outing in 2004.
