Bandai Namco’s Scarlet Nexus is getting a free update along with its second DLC pack titled, “Bond Enhancement.” So those who can’t get the DLC, there’s some new content coming your way, too. All updated items, gameplay, and more, including the DLC, were outlined in a brief trailer.
Expected content from the new 1.05 update includes loads of goodies. A “vision simulator” was added, so now players can revisit their favorite boss fights from the main story campaign and challenge missions. Speaking of challenges, over 20 all-new additional ones were included this go-round, now players will have even more to revisit in the future if they wish to do so. Lastly, there are more choices of Exchange items available in the shop. There are also more hooded costumes available for purchase.
As for “Bond Enhancement” DLC content pack 2, there’s a lot more to add to the overall gaming experience. First and foremost, it brings 10 new bond episodes to unlock. More costume and weapon sets for all characters were included, too, some of which were designed by external creators, as stated by Bandai Namco. There are also additional SAS abilities from the Bond Level Expansion, and “ways to enjoy new sides to your favorite characters that you didn’t see in the main game.”
Scarlet Nexus was first released earlier this year and has lost no momentum. This action RPG follows protagonist Yuito Sumeragi or Kasane Randall (depending on which one the player selects) as they assume their positions in the Other Suppression Force. Their sole mission is to defend New Himuka from the “Others,” alien creatures who feed on the brains of living organisms.
