Pour yourself a glass of Chardonnay and re-download your real-estate app of choice, because Netflix's hit show Selling Sunset is coming back. Netflix today announced that Season 5 of the series will premiere on the streaming service this April.

The reality series originally premiered in 2019 and has since gained a large and incredibly dedicated following. The series centers on The Oppenheim Group, one of Hollywood's most successful real estate agencies, and the agents who work to sell some of the most luxurious houses that Tinseltown can muster. The series follows the agents both on and off of their work game as they navigate the complicated and glamorous aspects of their lives.

The series has also inspired several spin-off shows, such as Selling Tampa and Selling the OC. But there still lies a very specific magic in the original and the characters that audiences have grown attached to, drama and all. And there has been more than enough drama between seasons to leave audiences wanting more, including series regular Chrishell Stause's relationship with her boss and Oppenheim Group founder Jason Oppenheim. And though their relationship has since collapsed, the series' take on their relationship has yet to air.

Other main players in the series include the bold and blatant Christine Quinn, whose tendency towards the dramatic led her to wear a very glamorous black dress to her wedding, and Mary Fitzgerald, who is working on her marriage to Romain Bonnet. Other regulars on the show include Heather Rae El Moussa, wife to Tarek El Moussa, who previously starred on his own real-estate-based show, Flip or Flop, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, Davina Potratz, Vanessa Villela, and Emma Hernan. The series will also be adding a new O Group realtor, Chelsea Lazkani.

Season 5 of the series will pick up after a tense ending to the fourth season, in which Christine Quinn and coworker Emma Hernan sparred over a mutual ex, with Christine asserting that her ex cheated on her with Emma. The fight ended with Christine being at odds with the other women of the agency. It is not known how this conflict will work itself out, but with the premiere of the fifth season, we will still get our answer.

Season 5 of Selling Sunset will premiere on Netflix on April 22.
