One of the producers responsible for bringing Children of Men to life will now try to bring another story to the screen with the anti-hero tale, PsychopompHeat Vision reports that producer Hilary Shor has gotten the options to the script by comic writer Blake Leibel (United Free Worlds, Syndrome) that tells the story of “a foul-mouthed anti-hero who roams international hot spots with state-of-the art weapons and technology with the aim of destroying those who violate his code.”  The script is also being described as being “the evil twin of Children of Men” while having similar tones A Clockwork Orange and The Dark Knight.

Since the project is still in its earliest stages of development there are no writers or directors attached just yet.  There are, however, plans to publish Psychopomp as a graphic novel and to turn it into a property to run across media platforms.
