The third of what will probably be four character posters has been released for Star Trek Into Darkness.  We previously saw posters for Uhura (Zoe Saldana) and Spock (Zachary Quinto), and tomorrow we'll probably see Kirk (Chris Pine) along with the new trailer.  A sneak peek at the trailer was released yesterday, and this poster builds off part where see the villain "John Harrison" (Benedict Cumberbatch) fighting Spock on some kind of flying contraption.

Hit the jump to check out the new poster, and come back tomorrow for the new trailer.  The film also stars Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, and Peter Weller.  Star Trek Into Darkness opens in IMAX 3D on May 15th and in 3D and 2D on May 17th.

In the wake of a shocking act of terror from within their own organization, the crew of The Enterprise is called back home to Earth.  In defiance of regulations and with a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads his crew on a manhunt to capture an unstoppable force of destruction and bring those responsible to justice.

As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.
