In some ways, Steve Jobs is the biggest awards failure of the 2015 season because it’s a genuinely good film. It’s not a pretender like The Danish Girl, which is fine, but Steve Jobs, perhaps because it skirts the edge of greatness, feels particularly painful in more ways than one. And yet I feel the movie will live on long past films that received far more Oscar love (I’m looking at you, The Revenant). The movie is quotable, funny, and charming.

Part of that charm came out of giving the actors so much time to rehearse, and Steve Jobs had a unique rehearsal process that the actors talk about in the Blu-ray special features. In this exclusive clip, you watch stars Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen, and Michael Stuhlbarg along with screenwriter detail the behind-the-scenes process leading up to filming.

Check out the clip below. Steve Jobs is now available on Digital HD, and will be available on Blu-ray on February 16th.
