‘Batman v Superman’: New Character Posters Released

Not long after the reveal of the latest Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer, Warner Bros. has decided to give us a different look at the DC Trinity through the release of new character posters. The posters feature Ben Affleck’s Batman, Henry Cavill’s Superman, and Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman individually, with the standout being the Dark Knight in his armored suit that I can’t wait to see in action against the alien from Krypton.

‘Captain America: Civil War’: International Trailer and New Plot Synopsis Revealed

It was a highlight in the MCU when we got see Marvel’s heroes unite for the first time in the original Avengers, and next year we will see them going against each other in Captain America: Civil War. We got out first look recently with the first official trailer, and now we get a new international trailer that offers a few new shots of the conflict. Also, a new plot synopsis has been revealed, explaining why we will see the Avengers divided into two sides.

‘Doctor Strange’: Co-Writer Revealed and Spider-Man Spotted on Set

Filming is already underway for Marvel’s Doctor Strange and new details from the project are emerging, one of the latest being the reveal of a co-writer that had been working on the film in addition to already credited Jon Spaihts. According to a tweet from the writer himself, C. Robert Cargill was reunited with director Scott Derrickson to work on the script for Doctor Strange.

In other Doctor Strange news, Marvel co-president Louis D’Esposito has not been shy about sharing photos from the set of the film, and the highlight of those has to be one revealing Tom Holland on set. This may just be what it appears to be, the young actor visiting the set. Or could this mean we are in for an appearance of Spider-Man in Doctor Strange?

‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’: Kurt Russell Wanted for Major Role

James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to begin production early next year, and the latest news out of the project is that Marvel is eyeing Kurt Russell for a major role in the film. According to reports, Russell is wanted by Marvel to play the part of Star-Lord’s father in the sequel, although no name for the character was revealed in the report.

‘Deadpool’: Holiday Countdown to New Trailer

If there is an upcoming superhero film that refuses to go by unnoticed, it has to be Deadpool, and the marketing for the film has been on point. In the beginning of the week we got a special announcement video revealing a countdown to the release of a new Deadpool trailer on Christmas Day, followed by daily reveals that are still taking place in anticipation for the trailer.
