I enjoyed Ted quite a bit, and I’m one of the three people who laughed at A Million Ways to Die in the West, so I’m eager to see Seth MacFarlane tackle a comedy sequel with Ted 2. The trailers have been funny, and I think as long as we’re all willing to set good taste aside, Ted 2 should be a solid R-rated comedy that will have us shocked and laughing in equal measure. I just hope there’s something that’s as funny as this fart joke, which had me crying the first time I saw it.

I’m pleased to announce we’re giving away 25 admit-two passes to the Atlanta screening of Ted 2. To enter for a chance to see the movie early and for free, send an e-mail to Collider.Passes@gmail.com with the subject line “TED 2”.  The screening is on Tuesday, June 23rd at Regal Perimeter Pointe @ 7:00PM, so don’t enter if you think you’ll be unavailable.  Multiple entries from a single person will disqualify all entries from that person.

In case you haven’t seen the latest trailer, check it out below. The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Seth MacFarlane, Amanda Seyfried, Morgan Freeman, and Liam Neeson. Ted 2 opens nationwide on Friday, June 26th.

Here’s the official synopsis for Ted 2:

Newlywed couple Ted and Tami-Lynn want to have a baby, but in order to qualify to be a parent, Ted will have to prove he's a person in a court of law.  Seth MacFarlane returns as writer, director and voice star of Ted 2 , Universal and Media Rights Capital’s follow-up to the highest-grossing original R-rated comedy of all time. Joined once again by star Mark Wahlberg and fellow Ted writers Alec Sulkin & Wellesley Wild, MacFarlane produces the live action/CG-animated comedy alongside Bluegrass Films’ Scott Stuber, as well as John Jacobs and Jason Clark.
