Sony Pictures has unveiled The Girl in the Spider’s Web cast, but not in an official still or teaser for the movie. Instead, the main cast and director Fede Alvarez participated in a photo call in Stockholm where production is underway, so we get some red carpet-style photos that at least show us what Claire Foy’s hairstyle is for her interpretation of Lisbeth Salander.

While fans clamored for David Fincher to continue his take on the Steig Larsson adaptations after The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, that film underperformed and Fincher butted heads with Sony during production and marketing, so a sequel never materialized. Now the studio is essentially rebooting by adapting the fourth book in the series, with The Crown breakout Foy taking over the lead role from Rooney Mara.

Alvarez, who directed the Evil Dead remake and the horror hit Don’t Breathe, is at the helm and co-wrote the screenplay with his creative partner Jay Basu, while Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders) also has a screenplay credit for writing the initial drafts.

You can check out the images of some members of the cast below, including Foy who plays Salander, Sverrir Gudnason who plays Mikael Blomkvist, and Lakeith Stanfield who plays Alona Casales. The Girl in the Spider’s Web opens in theaters on November 9th and also stars Sylvia Hoeks, Stephen Merchant, Claes Bang, Christopher Convery, Synnøve Macody Lund, and Vicky Krieps.
