If you were put out about having to wait a couple years between Pixar projects, 2015 is a great year. We already got the wonderful Inside Out back in June, and in less than two weeks, the studio will release release its second feature film of the year, The Good DinosaurPeter Sohn, who previously worked as an animator on beloved Pixar films like Finding Nemo and The Incredibles, makes his feature directorial debut with the animated film about an Apatosaurus named Arlo who embarks on a wondrous journey of self discovery, gaining an unlikely companion along the way -- a young human boy.

The Good Dinosaur features the voices of Raymond OchoaJeffrey WrightSteve Zahn, Anna Paquin, Frances McDormand, A.J. Buckley, and Alan Tudyk. The film arrives in theaters November 25th. Check out the new clip below.

How has Sam Elliott never voiced an animated T-Rex before? That's a weird question, but it's a good one. As you can see (and hearf) in the clip above, it's a match made in heaven. Oddly enough, Eliott has only lent his legendary gravelly drawl to two animated films before -- Barnyard and Marmaduke, which is a WTF of the highest order.

Here’s the official synopsis for The Good Dinosaur:

“The Good Dinosaur” asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct?  Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (voice of Raymond Ochoa) makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

Directed by Peter Sohn and produced by Denise Ream (“Cars 2”), Disney•Pixar’s “The Good Dinosaur” opens in theatres on Nov. 25, 2015 in 3D.
