Warner Bros. just unveiled a brand new trailer for Nancy Meyers' upcoming film, The Intern. It stars Robert De Niro as Ben Whittaker, a 70-year-old widower who isn't thrilled with the retirement life. Eager to get back to work, he decides to accept a position interning for a young CEO named Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway). The humor was definitely more successful in the first trailer, but this new one still has that sweet, honest vibe that tends to make Meyers' movies especially delightful, even if they're a bit schmaltzy and predictable.

You can check out the latest The Intern trailer for yourself below. The film is due in theaters on September 25th and also stars Rene Russo, Anders Holm, Andrew Rannells, Adam Devine, Celia Weston, Nat Wolff, Linda Lavin and Zack Perlman.

Here is the official synopsis for The Intern:

Academy Award winners Robert De Niro (“Raging Bull,” “Silver Linings Playbook”) and Anne Hathaway (“Les Misérables,” “The Devil Wears Prada”) star together in Warner Bros. Pictures’ “The Intern.” Oscar-nominated and award-winning filmmaker Nancy Meyers (“It’s Complicated,” “Something’s Gotta Give,” “Private Benjamin”) is directing the dramatic comedy from her own screenplay.

In “The Intern,” De Niro stars as Ben Whittaker, a 70-year-old widower who has discovered that retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (Hathaway).
