We've heard bits and pieces of information concerning Warner Bros.' R-rated animated adaptation of Batman: The Killing Joke, but today we can finally confirm the release dates and special features for the film's home video formats. The summer release dates were spot on but now we have official confirmation of the Blu-ray's special features thanks to a press release.

Here's a look at the dates you need to know if you want to get your hands on Batman: The Killing Joke ASAP:

  • July 23rd: Available digitally on Video On Demand services from cable and satellite providers, and on select gaming consoles.
  • July 26th: Digital HD via purchase from digital retailers including Amazon, CinemaNow, Flixster, iTunes, PlayStation, Vudu, Xbox and others.
  • August 2nd: Available on Blu-rayTM Deluxe Edition for $29.96 SRP, Blu-rayTM Combo Pack for $24.98 SRP, and DVD for $19.98 SRP.
