Warner Bros. has released the final The Nice Guys trailer online. Set in 1970s Los Angeles, the story finds Ryan Gosling’s down-on-his-luck private eye teaming up with Russell Crowe’s hired enforcer to solve the case of a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star.
This latest trailer includes plenty of new footage, and while I would say it comes right up to the verge of spoiling the film, I can’t really argue when a trailer comes along that puts such a big smile on my face. This has been one of my most anticipated films since the project was announced, and nothing I’ve seen so far has dimmed my enthusiasm. Crowe and Gosling look like they have terrific chemistry, and it appears like writer-director Shane Black has another winner on his hands.
