When you’re the only Trauma 1 hospital in 18 counties, things are bound to get crazy, especially on the night shift.  You’re required to respect rules, but you also have to know when to bend them in order to save lives and that’s exactly what the staff at San Antonio Memorial Hospital does on NBC’s The Night Shift.
