‘Batman v Superman’: New Posters and Runtime Revealed

You’ve already seen the recent posters of Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) with their respective logos, and now with the reveal of three new character posters the focus shifts to the villain and two important supporting characters. The new posters follow the same theme of the previous ones of the Trinity, but this time shinning the spotlight on Amy Adams’ Lois Lane, Jeremy Iron’s Alfred Pennyworth, and Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor, with their respective representative logos.

Additionally, if you were wondering how long Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will keep you in the theater, then it’s a good thing that the runtime for the film has been revealed. The official runtime for Batman v Superman has been revealed to be 2 hours and 31 minutes, so maybe you’ll want to use the bathroom beforehand and manage how much you have to drink during the film. The question is how much of that runtime will be dedicated to the titular conflict, and to answer that we will have to wait until March 25th.

‘Captain America: Civil War’: Martin Freeman’s Role Revealed, Plus New Images

Many fans had to be excited with the addition of the talented Martin Freeman to the cast of Captain America: Civil War, but sadly that announcement did not come with the confirmation of what character Freeman would be playing. Fast forward to today, and you will be happy to know that the identity of the character the actor will be playing has been revealed. The information comes from Empire Magazine, revealing that Freeman will be playing Everett Ross, who is a supporting character in the Black Panther comics and the foremost expert on Wakanda.

‘Justice League – Part 1’: Filming Date and Locations Revealed, First Behind-The-Scenes Look

Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman will lay the foundations for the events that will eventually lead to Justice League – Part 1 and Part 2, and that future is looking more concrete with the reveal of the filming date and locations for Justice League – Part 1. Putting a close to recent rumors, Snyder along with WB revealed that the film is scheduled to begin shooting on April 11th in locations that will include the Warner Bros. Leavesden studios in England, and locations around London and Iceland as well.

Strengthening the announcement of the start of production, Snyder also shared a photo from the set of Justice League – Part 1. The behind-the-scenes look sees the director alongside Jason Momoa who is playing Aquaman, aside from that, we can catch small looks at some of the costumes from the film in the background.

‘Daredevil’ Season 2: New Trailer Released

If you saw the recent first full trailer for Daredevil Season 2, you know that there was a second part coming, and part 2 came this week. Where part 1 of the trailer introduced us to Jon Bernthal’s Punisher, part 2 gets us acquainted with Elodie Yung’s Elektra as she requests the help of Daredevil (Charlie Cox) in fighting a crime syndicate called The Hand. If these two trailers serve as faithful representation of what the second Season of Daredevil will bring, then we are in for some thrilling stuff.

Elektra also took the spotlight in a new promo and poster, and if you were missing some Punisher, he got a new promo as well.

‘Iron Fist’: ‘Game of Thrones’ Actor Finn Jones Cast in Lead Role

Marvel’s upcoming new show Iron Fist, that at one point was rumored to be in trouble, continues to show it’s moving forward with the announcement of the casting of the titular character. According to reports, actor Finn Jones, who you might recognize from Game of Thrones, has been cast to play Danny Rand, the martial artist who fight crime as Iron Fist.

‘The Flash’ / ‘Supergirl’: Behind-the-Scenes Images Reveal Team-Ups

If you enjoy popular shows The Flash and Supergirl then you’re most likely excited of the idea of the two heroes meeting in the upcoming crossover event on the CBS show, and now thanks to some behind-the-scenes images you find out who they will be teaming up against. Just as a heads up, if you rather keep that as a surprise, then skip this segment. A few set images found their way online revealing that Grant Gustin’s Flash and Melissa Benoist’s will be teaming up to take down Silver Banshee (Italia Ricci) and Livewire (Brit Morgan).

‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ Adds ‘Sons of Anarchy’s Tommy Flanagan

James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is currently in production, but that doesn’t mean casting announcements can’t keep dropping, the latest being the addition of Sons of Anarchy star Tommy Flanagan. According to reports, Flanagan joins the previously announced cast in the role of one of Yondu (Michael Rooker)’s ravagers.
