Playstation released an announcement trailer for the release of Unbound: Worlds Apart to their consoles. The game is developed by Alien Pixel Studios. While the game is already available on Switch and PC, this trailer confirms that it will soon be released on other consoles.

The teaser doesn't show much, but we do get a look at some of the gameplay and environments in the upcoming re-release. We see the main character Soli We see him traveling to various worlds, and taking advantage of his portals to get through obstacles. The teaser ends with a monster coming from behind him and attacking.

Unbound: Worlds Apart is a puzzle platformer that's set in a universe where all worlds are connected by portals. The story centers around Soli, a gifted young mage who gains the ability to open various portals, and must use this power to defeat an evil that is tearing reality apart, while also learning why his world is collapsing. The gameplay features portals used to control unique properties of each world, such as inverse gravity, time manipulation, and super strength. You use these abilities to navigate each world, solving various puzzles and finding hidden secrets. As you progress through the game, you will unlock more skills that will open up even more of the map for you to explore.

The game was originally released on July 28, 2021 for the Switch and PC, but now it will also be available on Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 beginning on February 9, 2022, and on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S beginning on February 11, 2022. A physical release of the game for Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 will release soon after, but there is not a current release date for it.
