I'll give this to Vin Diesel: he's a shameless self-promoter.  He loves hyping up his fanbase, and he's made no secret of how he wants to be involved with Marvel beyond voicing Groot.  Diesel's latest play is posting "Are You Inhuman" on his Facebook page along with an image of him wearing a shirt with the Inhumans logo on it (the shirt is sleeveless because you have to take the Inhumans to the gun show).

As Evan explained in his article about the Inhumans comics, the series is like Game of Thrones with superpowers.  The characters live in a hidden kingdom, and are ruled by Black Bolt, who must remain silent because his powerful voice will kill anyone who hears it.  Marvel announced Inhumans as part of Phase Three, and even though the movie is a little under four years away, Diesel does not procrastinate.  Hit the jump for more.

Here's Diesel's latest Facebook post:

Back in August, Diesel posted on his Facebook page "I get the strange feeling that Marvel thinks I'm Inhuman…Haha." (Oh, that Diesel.  Such a scamp.)  Before that, Diesel mentioned meetings with Marvel and how he wanted to "merge brands" with them in 2016.  Leading a new franchise for Marvel would certainly be a huge boost for Diesel, especially if the Fast & Furious series starts to wind down.

Inhumans is set for release on November 2, 2018, and while casting Diesel in the near future would certainly be nice for the actor's schedule, Marvel isn't known for casting four years in advance of a movie unless we're going to see Diesel's character before Inhumans.  But that would still be a long lead time, and Inhumans seems to be a better fit for the otherworldly Marvel characters, most specifically Thor, whose new film isn't due out until July 2017.

Do you want see Diesel as part of the Inhumans?  Does this fan video [via /Film] change your opinion?
