With the writers strike showing no signs of a quick resolution, I’m hearing that if the contracts can’t be worked out by late January or early February, they’re going to cancel the rest of the season.
So in all likelihood these next few episodes of “Heroes” are all we’re going to get for quite some time. And that’s a shame, now that the show is finally starting to work again. We’re getting storylines that are beginning to move and things are actually starting to happen to the characters on the show. It’s almost as if the writers had a season that should’ve been 6 episodes and they forced it to 11, so we got a lot of jerking off until they could start to tell the story.
And even though I’ve been beyond frustrated with “Heroes” these last few weeks, I’ll admit to still watching the show every Monday night after it airs. What can I say…I’m a superhero junkie.
