The TV ratings for Friday, February 6th through Sunday, February 8th are in. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Friday, Constantine on NBC (you can read Dave's recap here) stayed steady with a 0.8 and 2.94 million viewers at 8 p.m. Unfortunately for fans, those low numbers (even for a Friday) mean that without DC's intervention, Constantine is probably not long for this world.
  • Grimm at 9 p.m., also on NBC, sank a little to 1.2 and 4.66 million viewers (down 8 percent from last week). It doesn't matter, though; the series has already been renewed.
  • Sunday, The Grammy Awards on CBS garnered an 8.5 and about 25.3 million viewers, down from last year's 9.9 rating, but still dominating Sunday's lineup (which wasn't much competition anyway, at least on broadcast).
  • As for cable: numbers from AMC about the return of The Walking Dead (Dave's recap here) as well as the premiere of Better Call Saul (my take) will be available later today, but the more interesting figure may be Saul's numbers once it moves over to its regular Monday night spot, starting tonight.
