The first Wild Horses trailer for the new film from writer/director Robert Duvall has been released online. Duvall stars in the cowboy crime drama as a Texas Ranger compelled to reopen a 15-year-old missing persons case, while also contending with this relationship with his son, played by James Franco. This is Duvall’s first directorial effort since 2002’s Assassination Tango, and it doesn’t look half bad. Of course the most striking thing about it is Franco’s “Southern” accent, which is pretty great/terrible. He likely didn't have ample time to prepare, seeing as how he's also busy prepping/writing/directing/starring in 74 other movies at the same time.
