Warner Bros. looks to be continuing their successful run of films in the IMAX format with three of their high profile 2012 releases. Wrath of the Titans, Jack the Giant Killer, and Gravity are all reportedly set to be released in IMAX. Wrath of the Titans is, of course, the sequel to 2010’s Clash of the Titans. The Jonathan Liebesman-helmed sequel stars Sam Worthington, Ralph Fiennes, Liam Neeson and Bill Nighy. Jack the Giant Killer is the epic fantasy from director Bryan Singer that tells the story of a young farmhand who unknowingly opens a gateway between our world and the world of the giants. That film stars Nicholas Hoult, Stanley Tucci, Ian McShane, and Ewan McGregor.

Finally, Gravity is the highly anticipated sci-fi pic from visionary director Alfonso Cuaron. Plot details are scarce, but it presumably centers on an astronaut trying to return to Earth following a disaster in space. Sandra Bullock and George Clooney star. Personally, I can’t wait to see Cuaron’s film in the pristine quality IMAX format. Coming Soon's report states that all three films will be released in 3D, although Jack the Giant Killer wasn’t conceived in the format. Wrath of the Titans opens on March 30th, Jack the Giant Killer hits theaters on June 15th, and Gravity is slated for November 21st.
